The result was delete and redirect to ArchitectsAlliance. There is consensus not to keep the page. Redirects are cheap and anyone may make one in the usual course of editing, I go for delete and redirect. Malcolmxl5 (talk) 08:42, 18 August 2020 (UTC)

A run-of-the-mill condo in Toronto, built in 2010, that doesn't appear to meet WP:NBUILD. There are dozens exactly like it. Being a "homage" to Mies van der Rohe does not, in my view, make this building notable. Brief mention here, but that's about it. AleatoryPonderings (talk) 00:00, 11 August 2020 (UTC)

Delete: Agree, no significant coverage.Redirect. Changing my vote after seeing the architect has a page. --Jprg1966 (talk) 02:12, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
- Delete: Looks like an advertisement to sell more condos. Nothing particularly special about this project, so fails NBUILD. - hako9 (talk) 01:24, 11 August 2020 (UTC)
- Redirect >> architectsAlliance. Djflem (talk) 08:07, 11 August 2020 (UTC)
- Redirect to architectsAlliance, while this condo is clearly not notable, it is mentioned at the target page. Devonian Wombat (talk) 05:13, 12 August 2020 (UTC)
- Delete, does not meet WP:NBUILD (or WP:GNG), no apparent awards/nominations for the building found (there has been some noms for individual condos that didn't win), there are some mentions ie "In Toronto's Y2K, condominiums have begun to compete for attention with strong design statements, such as the streamlined 'iconic' facades of X Condominiums (2010) on Jarvis Street and ..." but nothing indepth or wikisignificant, so one of 2,000+(?) Toronto condo buildings that does not stand out enough to warrant a wikiarticle. Coolabahapple (talk) 03:07, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
- Delete per WP:SPAM and WP:MILL. In a city of many tall residential towers, this is ordinary. Its page is little more than spam. Bearian (talk) 21:30, 17 August 2020 (UTC)
