Mark teaches us how to respect different cultures and isn't a picky eater, he shows us on how to describe other dishes and also does some hiking i think. But the main thing for him is to vlog for us and keep us all happy, thank you Mark for all the years. We'd like to thank you for it.

My wife and I traveled the world for 10 years with no return ticket, and now we live in Asia. One thing we learned along the way: parasites are more common than people think. We do a deworming cleanse every six months as a precaution. I noticed some changes in your appearance - your skin, eyes, and overall energy. Could be nothing, but maybe it’s worth looking into. I grew up eating a similar type of bowl of noodles…with pork mince and a sort of clear broth… in Malaysia. Very delicious!
